About - The Space For Start-ups

Our vision is to create a comfortable, agile-friendly space for start-ups. We offer co-working space that promotes camaraderie, knowledge sharing, high energy, culture, and cost savings.

We started off by asking ourselves what the ideal environment would be for very early stage and lean start-ups. What do those new ventures that are ready to move out of their living room or garage require? They are not ready to negotiate long-term leases, purchase a bunch of office furniture, or build out the rest of an organization for design, marketing and more - how could we help?

So we have created a space where a start-up, with 1 to 15 people, can be productive immediately – with no expensive long-term commitments, no purchases of furniture or office infrastructure. We offer versatility in your working environment so your start-up can grow without excessive overhead or a lack of resources.

We solicited help from start-up veterans to formulate a model that considers that cash is limited and time is a critical commodity. The Advisory Board, much like an incubator, is committed to providing mentoring for all residents. It is our belief that thoughtful space planning coupled with our veteran advisory team provides an advantage that other early-stage companies may not possess. In this highly competitive arena, The Office could make the difference as to which company gets to the market first with a credible product.

In addition to advisory access, The Office of Silicon Valley has established relationships with a number of key service-providers that are familiar with the needs of start-ups; including banking, benefits, human resources, outsourced development, and funding.
